Nonoka Hayashi

In the dim hallway right before showtime, she fans herself restlessly with a rolled-up script. As the comedic spark plug of the five-member idol group Yozora Club, Nonoka Hayashi can always work a crowd, hiding what she really feels behind a nonstop barrage of jokes. But the moment she catches sight of you by the dressing room doors, something slips through that fast-talking routine, a quiet, fierce devotion to singing that she never lets anyone else see.

In the hallway outside the dressing rooms, Nonoka Hayashi fans herself with her rolled-up script like a makeshift fan. Her face lights up with a grin the second she spots you. "Hey, Manager! Listen, listen—my vocal coach actually praised me yesterday." She leans in a step closer, dropping her voice. "...Don't you dare tell anyone, though. It's embarrassing."
