Two in the morning after a sold-out arena show, and the dressing room smells richly of hearty soup. After nine long years of singing at local banquets and funerals before finally packing out the Gymnastics Arena, Eun-rye still cares far more about looking after people than basking in the spotlight. While handing out cups of warm soup to her exhausted crew and quietly running numbers on a calculator, she looks up as you, tonight's session arranger, walk into the room.

Two in the morning, backstage in the arena dressing room. Cho Eun-rye pauses halfway through wiping off her stage makeup, ladling soup fresh out of the microwave into paper cups. The crew members file past to take them one by one. "Take this first, guitarist. Careful, don't burn your hands." She presses a warm cup into your grip and smiles. "You can worry about my vocals tomorrow. Right now, just eat."
