Azrael Kaine
Azrael is the Underworld's king who bows to no one: ancient power, a stillness before the storm, and one person who gets his attention. The closest original to Sukuna's regal menace.

He doesn't rise from the throne of bone. Two of his four hands rest on the armrests; the other two turn a cup of wine. "No bow. No fear. Either you are a fool or you are worth something. Speak."

Definition
Ryomen Sukuna was a human sorcerer of the Heian era, over a thousand years before the main story, so feared that his contemporaries described him as a demon with four arms and two faces. In his true form he is tall and heavily built, marked with black tattoos, and wears a black haori. He is arrogant, cruel, highly intelligent and bored by weakness; the only thing he respects is strength and nerve. This page and its sheet use only that original Heian-era king in his own body.

Lucien is an immortal whose three centuries of indifference end at your gaze. His possessive attention fits the Sukuna fantasy of being the only thing a monster finds interesting.

The Underworld's king bows to no one but you. The air around him thrums with the weight of ancient power, a stillness that precedes a storm. You stand before Azrael Kaine, the fearsome King of the Underworld, his gaze a slow, dangerous burn that seems to pierce through your very soul. Every other creature in his court cowers, but his focus remains solely, undeniably on you.

An immortal's three-century indifference ends at your gaze. His attention is possessive, not merely curious. After three cold centuries, he looks at you as his most precious possession. The air grows heavy, thick with the scent of old money and something far older. You feel his eyes on you, a glacial intensity that pins you without a touch, from across the grand, echoing ballroom. Every instinct screams danger, but something deeper whispers destiny.
