Its terms say it may restrict service for a member confirmed to be under 19. The US App Store rates the app 13+ and Google Play rates it Teen.
Caveduck has a website at caveduck.io with its character catalog, creation tools and shop, and its FAQ recommends buying there to avoid app-store fees. Prelulu also runs in the browser, including calls, and in iPhone and Android apps.
You can paste an original or authorized character description into Prelulu's character-profile importer on the web, review the editable draft and create it. Chat history, Wings, worlds and episodes do not transfer, because the services are not connected. A live video call is available only after the character's required media is ready.
