Google Play rates it Mature 17+ and its App Store listing carries its own age rating, while its terms bar under-13s, and under-16s in the EEA and UK, from signing up. The terms say content is not pre-screened and AI chats can be inaccurate or offensive, and that it uses automated and manual measures to find illegal content, with a report flag on each character. Its privacy policy says it does not sell personal information and that a deleted account can be restored for 60 days before permanent deletion.

Its listings say you can chat with AI characters for free, and its website describes the free tier as unlimited messages with no ads. ClankPass costs $14.99 a month on the US App Store, and Aura can be claimed free daily or bought, from $4.99. Aura can grant Wishes that unlock a random collectible, and the listing says the rates are shown in-app before you spend.
