Its terms, last updated October 24, 2026 and reviewed October 25, 2026, set a minimum age for users, ask for a date of birth before you can use the service, and say an account found to be below that age is suspended. They also say every chat screen notes that you are chatting with an AI, that automated systems look for messages expressing suicidal thoughts or self-harm and point to crisis resources such as 988, and that after three hours of continuous chatting it reminds you that you are talking to an AI. Google Play rates it Mature 17+, and its US App Store page carries its own age rating. The same terms give Studio Dopa LLC a perpetual, irrevocable license to use characters you create and what they generate, and say your characters may appear on affiliated platforms under your username.
Soulplay is free to download on the App Store and Google Play, with in-app purchases. Its US App Store page, reviewed October 25, 2026, lists Soulplay Pro at $9.99 and gem packs from $0.99 to $19.99, and its terms say subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
