Bring your own material
Turn a wiki reference into a character you can talk to
A reference page explains someone from the outside. A conversational character needs a point of view and a reason to speak. Open the URL importer with a supported public page, review what can be extracted, then write the motive, voice and first encounter you want to keep.
Bring your own material
Import a public URL
Start an AI character from a supported public wiki URL. Review the extracted draft, rewrite the voice and check rights before creating a character.
Public does not mean reusable. Fetching and import can fail, and all drafts remain subject to rights and safety review.
Make this story yours
Choose one relevant source page
Use a supported public HTTPS page about one character. Fandom community pages may mix canon and fan interpretation; Wikipedia uses an encyclopedic frame. Neither site is automatically authoritative or reusable. The Fandom wiki character guide offers a version-specific walkthrough.
Separate source facts from your additions
Check names, adulthood, relationships and uncertain claims in the extracted draft. Rewrite in your own words and include only material you are entitled to use.
Write the first conversation
An encyclopedia's chronology is not an opening scene. Give the character an immediate concern, a speaking style and a question that leaves you room to answer.
FAQ
Questions before you begin
No. Use a supported public HTTPS URL. A site may return 403, require login or serve unusable content even when it opens in your browser. If fetching fails, paste a short description you wrote or may reuse, using the character profile import flow; do not bypass the site's restrictions.
No. You still need the relevant rights and must follow the source's terms and Prelulu's safety requirements. Public visibility is not permission. The current importer does not retain source URLs or citations, so keep your own source, attribution and permission notes.
This page is for reviewing a draft from a supported public URL, not collecting a wiki's entire corpus. Extraction can omit or misread details, so verify the parts you intend to use and do not treat the result as a lore authority.
No. The importer starts a character draft for review. Character creation and any supported media or call setup are separate steps; a fetched page does not guarantee a ready video experience.
